Writer's Block: Bone-chilling birthday wishes

Gee, if I had to pick a favorite King character...probably Richie from IT. Gotta love the man of 1001 jokes.
It's Stephen King's birthday! Who is your favorite character from one of his books?

Huh?

So...Huddy

Apparently, most of the House/Wilson community is adamantly against Huddy.  BIG SURPRISE, I know.  But I appear to be in the minority of H/W-ers who can accept that Huddy is what's gonna happen--at least for the time being.  I don't hate the relationship, and House acting whipped in this ep was a plot point, not bad writing.  I liked the episode--it was funny, touching, and as well plotted as any average House ep.  It wasn't revolutionary, but every ep can't be.  And frankly, the Huddy relationship, like every other relationship in the show, probably won't last.  As long as it's interesting, and so far it is, I'll be watching.

Never Stopped Dreaming; Chapter Four

Title: Never Stopped Dreaming; Chapter Four
By: TheLoneGunWoman
Rating: PG-13 (for safety)
Summary: When the savior of Underland falls ill, help must be sought from the Overland, meaning big trouble for two of our favorite doctors...Enjoy!
A/N: You really should see Burton's Alice in Wonderland before reading this. H/W strong friendship, or possibly pre-slash, depending on where the story goes. Remember, reviews are love! Oh yeah, and I own nothing.

My opinion about the Nightmare on Elm street remake (sorta)

This quote explains how I feel about the new Nightmare film's purported plot exactly. If you've at least seen the trailer for the new one, no spoilers.

"Fred Kruger was just as evil in life as he is in death. Only now he's more powerful. He's not some poor schmuck who was wrongly accused and is out for revenge. I suppose it could be sa...id that he's getting revenge on the parents by killing their kids, but, he's never shown any real anger about it. He torments kids clearly because he just likes it, and he's so much better at it [once he's dead]. The parents who went on a witch-hunt didn't create Freddy. They took something that was already terrible and, out of desperation, screwed up big time, and made it much worse. This is what 'Nightmare on Elm Street' is all about in my opinion." ~Dena
